The Wayne County Amateur Radio Association (WCARA) is sponsoring the 9th annual “Chris Keen Memorial UnFest” . The UnFest indoors as well as tailgating. There will be indoor tables as well as tailgating space. Tailgating is free, and indoor tables are $5.00 each. Power imay be available along the interior walls. Table reservation can be made at UnFest or at the door and are offered on a first come first serve basis.
